"Sometimes you just have to curse and throw chairs" -- Will Manley

In Unintellectual Freedoms, Will got the better of his paving crew by swearing and tossing a chair across the room. Terrible temper tantrum that it might have been, we're told that the parking lot was paved. Clearly this will get you in a heap of trouble in the real world if you were to employ this tactic liberally.
There's enough swearing in battleground to make a mother's eyes bleed. It's a normal day to day occurrence. Often to gain acceptance, you need to out cuss your own team. Sometimes as battleground leader, a little properly applied rough tongue will corral an otherwise unruly teammate into doing what you want them to.
The hands down best in game example of this I've ever witnessed was a player making the comment

"Simmer down, n00btards!" in Alterac Valley. The effect was immediate. Everyone laughed and went back to working like a team.

More than anything else, this teaches you to assertively address a problem employee rather than let their bad behaviour linger and ruin organisational goals.
